News from Jefferson Lodge!!

Jefferson Elks Lodge #2306, along with Boy Scout Troop #534 and Cub Scout Troop #534 recently cleaned ditches and picked up debris along a two mile stretch of Highway 4, south of Jefferson. They followed all their hard work with a pizza lunch served at the Elks Lodge.
The groups have worked together cleaning the highways for a number of years and were recently awarded the Iowa Governor’s Volunteer Award for beautifying Iowa roadways. Jefferson Elks Lodge has been cleaning the same section of highway for 30 years.
