It’s not too early to begin planning for Red Ribbon. Here’s a simple proclamation that Lodges, communities and states can use to kick off their campaign. Please feel free to modify it in any way you choose. Remember Kiki and the Red Ribbon community in your State. Get your local governments to sign on. Have you Lodge’s Exalted Rulers sign on. It’s simple and it’s free.

Our Goal
Elks Lodges bring so much more to their communities than just a building, golf course or pool. They are places where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up.
