Calling all volunteers! Iowa Elks invited to volunteer to support the Elks National Convention in Minnesota!

Greetings Volunteers! We posting this message because some of you signed up to help with the 2023 Elks National Convention in Minneapolis coming up this summer. We are getting ready for a busy and fun event where we can showcase the MN Elks Hospitality.

We are using a volunteer management software called InitLive to coordinate times, shifts, and locations. Once we have the rooms and shifts finalized, we will send out emails to invite you to sign up. We expect that to happen in early April, after Grand Lodge is here in late March.

In the meantime, please ask your fellow Elks to sign up to volunteer. They can do so at mnelks.org/signup.html or just send an email to 2023volunteers@mnelks.org with their name, phone number and email. Feel free to respond to this email with any questions.

Thank you for volunteering!

Sincerely,

Kari Larson & Raquel Bourne

2023 Volunteer Coordinators for National Convention

About

Our Mission to inculcate the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to recognize a belief in God; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; to cultivate good fellowship; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization, and to provide for its government, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share. Our Goal Elks Lodges bring so much more to their communities than just a building, golf course or pool. They are places where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up. Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children, Veterans and community needs.
