2020 – 2021 District Deputies take oath!
Past Grand Exalted Ruler Dwayne Rumney, from Wilmar Minnesota Lodge #952 administers the oath of office to the 2020 – 2021 District Deputies for the Iowa Elks Association. The District Deputies, received training from PGER Rumney and from Special Deputy Dave Neeley on Saturday June 20, 2020 at the Airport Holiday Inn in Des Moines.. Pictured from left: Steve Bradley from Sioux City Lodge #112 the Northwest District Deputy, Robert Iske from Shenandoah Lodge #1122 the Southwest District Deputy, John Monical from Keokuk Lodge #106 the Southeast District Deputy, Verlynn Mensing from Iowa Falls Lodge #1674 the Northeast District Deputy and Dwayne Rumney. The new District Deputies will assume their duties on Wednesday July 8, 2020 following the Grand Lodge guidelines.
